Blonde highlights and lowlights

Julie Velebir, Bloomington, MN, wanted some highlights and lowlights. We brightened her hair with a pale blonde, and lowlighted with a light copper brown. She also got a haircut. Styled with Lanza Thickening Treatment Spray in her roots and Neuma Smoothing Crème on midshaft to ends. Also, used a medium size round brush to give some volume and smooth out her ends. Finished with a touch of Lanza Final Effects hairspray.
