Customer Flow / User Journey

1. Signup:

1. Users can sign up as stylists by filling out the form. from the blow link
2. After submitting the form, an email will be sent to the provided address with a link to verify the account.
3. Once the email is verified, they can start receiving new appointment booking

2. Guest Appointment Booking / After Signup Appointment Booking:

1. Customers can book appointments either from the guest booking page or, if already logged in, from the booking page on their dashboard. for guest booking go to the link
2. To book a new appointment, the customer must enter the number of people and their names for whom they need a stylist.
3. After that, they can select the services required for each person

4. There is a limit of people per appointment (I.e 4). If there are more than 4, multiple stylists will be assigned to that appointment.

Multi stylist appointment

If an appointment requires multiple stylists, they will be automatically assigned by the system based on their location and reviews.

Single stylist appointment

If an appointment requires only a single stylist, the customer can choose the stylist themselves

5. After selecting a stylist, the customer must answer questions for each person based on the chosen services, as well as provide information about their location

6. After answering the questions, the customer must select a date and time for the appointment

7. Once the above steps are completed, the customer must log in or create an account if they haven’t already.

8. The appointment is now created, but to proceed, the customer must add their card details by clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button.

Note: No payment will be charged when the customer adds their card details. Payment will
only be processed once a stylist accepts the appointment. If no stylist accepts, the appointment will be automatically cancelled after 8 hours.

9. The customer will receive a notification once the stylist confirms the appointment and again when the stylist is on the way.

10. After the appointment, the customer has the option to leave a review, or the stylist can request an OTP (sent to the customer’s email) to mark the appointment as complete.
