Customer Flow

1. Signup:

1. Users can create an account by filling out the form from the link below:
2. After submitting the form, an email will be sent to the provided email address with a link to verify the account.
3. Once the email is verified, user can start reviewing requested/scheduled appointments.

2. Booking After Signup:

1. Clients can book appointments either from the guest booking page or, if already logged in, from the booking page on their dashboard. For guest booking go to the link:
2. To book a new appointment, client must enter the number of people receiving services and their names for whom they need a stylist.
3. Then, they can select the desired services for each person.
4. There is a limit of people per appointment (i.e 4). If there are more than 4, multiple stylists will be assigned to that appointment.

Multi-Stylist Appointment

If an appointment requires multiple stylists, they will be automatically assigned by the system. based on their location and reviews.

Single Stylist Appointment

If an appointment requires only a single stylist, customer can choose the stylist themselves.
1. After selecting a stylist, the customer must answer questions for each person based on the the chosen services, as well as provide information about their location.
2. After answering the questions, the customer must select a date and time for the appointment.
3. Once the above steps are complete, the customer must log in or create an account if they haven’t already.
4. Customer must click the ‘Pay Now’ button and enter their information in order to complete their appointment booking request.
Note: No payment will be charged when the customer adds their card details. Payment will only be processed once a provider Accepts the appointment.  If no provider Accepts, Appointment will be automatically cancelled after 8 hours.
If provider needs to suggest another date and/or time for your requested appointment, provider will be able to communicate those details with you via our platform’s messaging system (also located on your dashboard).
Provider can suggest another date/time before accepting the appointment only.
Once the new suggested appointment change is Accepted by both provider and customer, then Appointment will be confirmed. If not, appointment will be pending, and then auto cancelled.
Provider and customer will be notified via email and text on suggested appointment change, and for a confirmed appointment.
1. Customer will receive notification via text and email once the provider confirms the appointment, and also when provider is en route.
2. After appointment, customer has the option to leave a review.
There are two ways for service completion:
1. Provider can request one-time password from appointment details page. OTP will be sent to customer’s email and text. provider must to enter that OTP to mark appointment as completed, and they can also add images as proof of work.
2. Customer can directly complete the appointment by adding a review from appointment details page.
