Stylist/Provider Flow

1. Signup:

1. Providers will signup and submit our form using the link provided below:
Note: In this form, providers will submit proof of their work by either providing social media links/profiles, or images of their work.
2. After submitting form, an email will be sent to provider’s email address with a link to verify their account.
3. After email verification, provider must connect their bank account for Payouts via Stripe by clicking the button and completing all required information.
4. Providers will need admin’s approval for account. Providers will receive an email notification about their account status once it is approved, or rejected by the admin.
5. After connecting the bank account, provider must add their services on this screen.
6. Providers can add multiple services and add-ons. They have the option to either use platform-defined pricing for a specific service or set their own service pricing.
7. Once all the above steps are completed, provider will be able to receive new appointments from nearby customers.

2. Accepting Or Rejecting Appointments:

Accepting:

1. Providers will receive new appointment notifications (via email and text), or they can visit the link below to view their appointments: https://booking.mobilesalon.com/appointmentsManagement
2. Providers will then either Accept or Reject the appointment from the appointment detail page.
3. After accepting a request, the provider can suggest a new date or time using the web app’s built-in chat feature.
4. Providers and Customer receive both a text and email notification of a new request/appointment.

After Completing A Service:

There are two ways for service completion:

1. Provider can request OTP from appointment detailed page, OTP will be sent to customer’s email and text. Provider have to enter that OTP to mark appointment as completed, and they can also add images as proof of work.

2. Customer can directly complete the appointment by adding a review from appointment detail page.

3. Provider Payout will be dispatched within seven business days after the appointment is “completed”, directly to their bank account.

Note: After completing very first appointment, provider must submit both the W9 form and Independent Agreement within 30 days. If not submitted after then, provider won’t be able to receive any new appointment requests. Both forms will be provided in your profile/account.

3. Adding Breaks/Time-Off

1. Providers have the option to add breaks from the link below:

2. They can add recurring breaks (E.G., every Friday from 2 PM to 3 PM) or breaks on specific dates, during which they will not receive any new appointments.

3. Providers can also mark themselves as “unavailable “for any duration using the top bar of the dashboard.
